INNERFORM provides a comprehensive mindfulness and breathwork platform featuring guided sessions, educational modules, and community features for personal wellness development.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
• Using the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Respecting other community members
• Not sharing account access with others

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your chosen plan:

4.1 Monthly Subscription Plans

• Ultra Plan: $49.95/month - Unlimited Members, Premium Access, Priority Support (renews monthly)
• Family Plan: $39.95/month - Up to 4 Members, All 30 Sessions, Family Dashboard (renews monthly)
• Couple Plan: $29.95 first month, then $19.95/month - Up to 2 Members, All 30 Sessions (renews monthly)
• Single Plan: $19.95/month - 1 Member, All 30 Sessions, Personal Dashboard (renews monthly)

4.2 Trial Access Options

• 7-Day Trial: $9.95 one-time payment - 1 Member, 7 Days Full Access (no auto-renewal)
• 1-Day Trial: $1.95 one-time payment - 1 Member, 24 Hours Full Access (no auto-renewal)

4.3 Payment Processing & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Paysight. Your credit card statement will show charges as:

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Trial access does not auto-renew. You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time from your account settings. Refunds are available within 30 days as per our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, audio, text, and graphics, is owned by INNERFORM Wellness LTD and protected by copyright laws.

6. Health Disclaimer

Important: INNERFORM content is for educational and wellness purposes only. Our breathwork and mindfulness practices are designed to support general wellness and stress reduction. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or replace professional medical or therapeutic advice.

Please consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications. If you experience any discomfort during our practices, please stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

INNERFORM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at help@innerform.me. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• Your account data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate
• After 90 days, account data may be permanently deleted

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
